If you are in the practice area but still need to Register with us please do so – and preferably before you actually need us, as it can take a month or two for your records to get to us from your previous surgery.

If you do have your medical card, name of your previous surgery and/or details of any current treatments that would be useful, but if not, never mind, our receptionists will help.

If you need to see a doctor or nurse the same day you register that’s fine but please arrive a little early so we’ve time to sort the paperwork.

Temporary Residents

You are eligible to see a doctor anywhere in the UK if you are away from home and in need of medical help. You can do this by asking to see the nearest doctor as a “temporary resident”. We are happy to see any friends or relatives staying with you if they need to consult a doctor.
