Coronavirus Update  

In order to maintain the integrity of the service we offer to the community, it has been necessary to make several urgent operational changes.  All patients that have an existing appointment need to be screened for symptoms of Coronavirus by telephone and/or text before they can be seen. 

Patients with suspected Coronavirus should not come to the surgery; they will be directed to the NHS 111online checker for advice.   https://111.nhs.uk/covid-19     

Consultations will be by telephone wherever possible as we must avoid any infectious patients entering the building to protect the health of our most vulnerable patients.

Care Quality Commission

March 2016 Inspection Report

Kiveton Park Medical Practice is pleased to be awarded an overall rating of ‘Good’ after our formal inspection by the Care Quality Commission last December.

We are delighted that the efforts of our staff to meet the needs of our patients were recognised with a rating of ‘Outstanding’ in the ‘Responsive’ domain.

We are disappointed that a procedural issue around the paperwork of a new staff member led to a ‘Requires Improvement’ rating across the entire ‘Patient Safety’ domain; this has already been corrected and the Partners are content that all Regulatory requirements are now satisfied.
